Exhibitor Rental Information

Over 300 booths & showcases on four levels covering 22,000 square feet.  Open 7 days a week from 10-5, the Antiques Marketplace is a clean, well lit, and professionally run Antiques Mall in the heart of Central New England.  We are always looking for quality new dealers to add variety and new personalities to our dealer mix.  Rentals are on a mont to month basis.  There are no long-term contracts to sign, and we trive to create an atmosphere of friendship, trust, and knowledge sharing among our dealers.

Note: Dealers do not pay any commission on sales

20% RENT DISCOUNT your first 3 months

Booths at the Antiques Marketplace run from 50 to 300 square fee with rents ranging from $1.75 to $2.75 per square foot depending on booth location and size.

Showcase Rentals

SHOWCASE SPECIAL FROM NEW DEALERS

2nd and 5th Month Free

Standard two-foot wide cases rent at $57.50 per month, three-foot cases at $80 per month, four-foot cases at $105 per month.
Most of our cases freature 3/8" thick glass shelves that are 22" deep.
Our cases were custom made, and designed to display a large number of items.  Cases are individually lit.
